Returns & Exchanges

All products purchased from StarryDeals are covered by a 90-day replacement or refund guarantee from the date of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and properly packaged
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage

Return processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been fully processed.

Paid Orders

If your order has already been paid, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once your order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a partial or full refund, or an exchange.

For Damaged Shipments: Please obtain a Proof of Damage document from the delivery carrier and include it in your return package. This documentation helps expedite the resolution process.

Refund Policy
